Interflora

Interflora saw an opportunity to branch into the smart assistant voice market – looking to provide their customers with a way to order and pay for flowers using only their voice. The resulting Alexa skill is a groundbreaking first for the UK’s retail sector.

The Interflora voice assistant guides customers through the purchase process – making recommendations, providing advice and giving interesting facts along the way.

I was commissioned to work alongside Vocala and Interflora to enhance and adapt the brand for the Echo Show, creating intuitive UI that showcases Interflora’s products and supports the overall voice experience.

My role: UX/UI, support client meetings and presentation
